Northwest Oregon PAC provides information, updates, and engagement opportunities related to the work of a political action committee — including PAC updates, event invitations, and donation processing.

By contributing to the PAC, you affirm that the contribution is made from your own funds and that you are not a foreign national. Oregon and federal law require us to collect the name, mailing address, employer name, employer city, and employer state of individual contributors.

Not authorized by any candidate committee. Northwest Oregon PAC operates independently.

Some images, audio, video, or written content on this site may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

The PAC makes no guarantee or warranty regarding election outcomes, legislative results, or the success of any particular policy effort.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Northwest Oregon PAC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

Program name and description. Northwest Oregon PAC operates an SMS messaging program that delivers campaign updates, event reminders, fundraising requests, donation drives, and other communications you have opted in to receive.

Opt-out (STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode or long code from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation and no further messages will be sent until you re-enroll.

HELP. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out to us directly at info@northwestoregon.com or 503-490-4139.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

Privacy. For information about how we collect, use, store, retain, and protect your personal information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, please review our Privacy Policy.

This website and the services provided by Northwest Oregon PAC are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using this website, making a contribution, or opting in to receive communications, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are under the age of 18, you may browse publicly available information on this website but should not submit personal information, make contributions, or enroll in our email or SMS communications without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwest Oregon PAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website.
